About Us
RJB Contracting Inc. was founded in 2011 by Riley Bloodworth, with one goal in mind: deliver quality workmanship while building lasting relationships with clients.
What began as a landscaping business quickly evolved as Riley continuously expanded his skills, taking on fences, decks, and custom exterior projects before purchasing his first eavestrough machine and entering the exterior contracting industry. Driven by his passion for learning, and a strong commitment to his craft, Riley grew his expertise in exterior contracting, specializing in siding, masonry, roofing, soffit & fascia, eavestrough, and full exterior renovations. In 2014, Riley began taking on and managing insurance restoration projects, advocating for homeowners throughout the claims process while ensuring every project met his high standard of quality and professionalism.
RJB Contracting Inc. specializes in general contracting, overseeing all types of residential and commercial construction projects from planning through to completion. Riley's hands-on approach, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate skilled trades allow clients to move through complex projects with confidence. As the company expanded, Riley partnered with his brother-in-law, combining their strengths to build larger crews and take on increasingly complex commercial projects while maintaining the personalized service RJB Contracting and Paramount Enterprise have become known for.

One of Riley’s greatest passions is investing in people. Over the years, he has built and mentored talented crews, sales and site managers and developed long-term relationships with trusted subcontractors, and created opportunities for others to learn and grow within the construction industry. He believes that strong teams, honest communication, and continuous improvement are the foundation of every successful project.
With more than a decade of experience across a wide range of construction disciplines, Riley brings practical knowledge, strong leadership, and genuine pride to every project. Whether managing a commercial development or helping a homeowner bring their vision to life, his focus remains the same: deliver exceptional workmanship, build lasting relationships, and leave every client with a finished product they can be proud of.

Lauren Wakelam
Lauren joined the RJB Contracting team in 2026 as Sales Manager & Estimator. With several years of experience in the construction and building materials industry, she enjoys working with customers to understand their needs and help bring their projects to life.
Known for her organization and attention to detail, Lauren works closely with clients to ensure a smooth experience from the first conversation through to project completion.
